Mass Make Custom Property Library Overridable

I did this as little Daz to Blender helper. I noticed for example that the Shape Keys are available on the interface through Custom Properties, problem is when you work with Linked objects to save disk space and have smaller files to work with. You would need to single handedly edit each single custom property and check Library Overridable. Which might take ages depending on how many expressions you have. Of course this will work even on non Daz Custom properties.

This addon is free. You can always drop a tip later if you think it was helpful, but this is by no means necessary and you don't have to feel bad at the slightest if you are not tipping. As this is a very niche addon and I doubt many people need this.

It is my first one and I hope this might be helpful.

So far it only supports object custom properties, not mesh or bone. As I don't need them so far.
